Everything went smoothly, no problems what so ever and Ben had all the answers, and never felt pressured like other places we've been in the past.

Excellent service all round. I didn't feel pushed into making a decision, I was well informed and the service was exceptional. Alisha was excellent and she's an asset to Mini.

Thorough explanation of the cars features. However we are very disappointed with Mini UK response to our mobile phone incompatibility with the digital key and the stance that an additional physical key would have to be paid for.

Great experience from arrival I was made to feel very welcome staff were very approachable and helpful and friendly I had my little dog with me and she was made welcome by all The new Mini was covered up and the actual delivery was quite special ??

We went in to look and bought the car within 30 mins. Efficient pick up and great communication during the period of buying and collecting. I had a couple of questions regarding my private plate and insurance and all was dealt with quickly.
